Objects don't cast/receive shadows

Objects don't cast/receive shadows

I have a problem with shadows. None of my objects in my scene don't cast/receive any shadows. There should be two shadows on the ground cast by the buildings and one shadow on the right building cast by the left one. I opened properties of every object and "cast shadows" and "receive shadows" checboxes are checked, but it does not work. I tried mental ray renderer and default scanline, but the result is the same. There are two target spot lights in the scene.
Please help

Are you sure you have the spotlights set to cast shadows?

Hello, yes, you're right. It was a dumb question, but I swear, I tried to find the answer before posting here. Still learning, but almost done my test project

No worries, sometimes we all get flustered. I hope the rest of your project goes well. Post some more images as it gets finished.
