Animation Help

I am trying to animate something similar to this damper in the video here:

I the body set up as well as the inner membrane, a wind force and gravity. The wind effecting it looks good, but the membrane goes through the canister. How can I keep the inside membrane from penetrating the canister? I am using cloth modifier, wind and gravity forces.

1.Click the Object Properties button in the modify panel while the cloth object is selected.

2.In the object properties dialog click Add Objects in upper left and add the canister to simulation list.

I recommend to close the dialog and re open it.

3.Then select the canister object which should be in the list and check the Collision Object checkbox in the below portion. Close the dialog.

Before doing this make sure there aren't interpenetrations between the canister and the cloth. If there has to be, since they seem to be connected, you may consider sub object selection of interpenetrating vertices to make them unmovable.
