Lighting

I use Autodesk Max as a reference tool. I have some nice models I downloaded that I draw from for practice. Could you guys point me to a simple tutorial that will show me how to set up a simple lighting setup that I could move around and stuff so I don't have to settle for the standard lighting?

Youtube is a good place to start.
