"Cannot network render. Backburner not found or not installed."

Well today has been fun. I normally can submit a network rendering to my farm just fine. However today I'm getting this message. "Cannot network render. Backburner not found or not installed."

There are a couple things I have found that I have tried to do:
1. I've check the "Path environment variable". It's right.
2. I've installed the newest backburner on all machines.
3. I've disabled ipv6.
4. I've disabled the ipv6 tunnel.
5. I've restarted all machines.
6. I've checked all physical network connections.

Any idea how to get this to work again? I'm using max design 2013 it's updated to the 5th update.

Holy cow, I solved it right after I posted this. I had hamachi installed and although I was not using this network adapter it had ipv6 activated (which seems to be required). Anyway, for people having this problem I would suggest disabling all of your network adapters and then re-enabling them one by one.
