How to bring back the tab panel in 3ds max 2013?

please help,
For some UI master, you can tell me how to bring back the tab panel in 3ds max 2013?

If you mean the command panel which is composed of tabs, just click on anywhere on the main toolbar where there are no buttons. There are almost all the UI elements you can show or hide. Just turn on Command Panels there.

If what you mention is the Graphite Modeling tools tabs, it is controlled by a button on the main toolbar. 7th button from the right, at the left of the curve editor button.

There is one more tab on the left on max 2013. The viewport layout tabs. It is also revealed from menu opened by the explanation in my first paragraph above.

Thanks for your answer, but not what I meant, I meant the Tab Panel from 3ds max 5, that can be unhide in 3ds max 2012.
3ds max 2013 does not have the .CUI file like before.
Please Help me.
