3dsmax 2013 and BB 2013: Missing dll: build-in AnchorHelperObject

We updated our clients and renderfarm to 3dsmax 2013 and BB 2013

If I open a new scene and click on rendering => state sets
I can’t render that scene anymore on the farm, local works just fine…
The error we are getting is: Autodesk 3dsMaxDesign 15.3 reported error: Missing dll: build-in AnchorHelperObject.

setting up a local renderfarm I got the same result…
Please help!

Workaround...

Backburner Server as a service (serversvc) is creating this error so (serversvc -r) and use bb server as an application for now...

The problem is that, when server sessions timeout, the bb server is shutdown as well...

Any idea's?
