animated box: bones not rotate as expected

Hi, I'm learning the basics of 3dsmax. I have made an opened box that I want to close.
To give the idea:
I have attached bones, and with autokey on I try to make an animation. Some bones works well, other if I rotate along ONE axis, during the animation rotate along 2 axis
this is the project:

I have seen that this problem is due to the link of the bone with the center object...
Can eomeone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
