Polysculpting is the strategic workflow for creating 3D models by using a hybrid of polygonal modeling and digital sculpting. Learn the foundations of creating characters, vehicles, weapons, armor, sets and environments by starting with the alpha mesh and developing it into spectacular 3D sculpts used in today’s hottest games, films, TV and advertising.
In this course, you will learn to develop your model form a basic polygonal mesh to a detailed multimillion polygon digital sculpture, and understand the techniques and workflow for trouble free progression of your model through all the stages of development.

This course requires basic knowledge of a 3D modeling application such as Maya, 3ds Max, Modo etc. It also requires a basic knowledge of a digital sculpting application such as ZBrush. This workshop is non-software specific - the techniques taught are applicable to all of the relevant software.
