Translation: We thought we were the end all be all, expanded too quickly, got major competition when everyone saw there is a market, now have to make cuts.

Zynga is fairly typical of a company being overvalued so much that it becomes a "One-Company Bubble".
At some point that bubble is bound to pop...
I never understood why Zynga was so highly valued to begin with.
I guess that if a company's valuation seems "too good to be true", then it really is too good to be true.
