Concept Design Workshop Digital Downloads

CHECK OUT OUR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

For all those who can't make it to our workshops (and for all those
who can), check out our digital downloads. They are crammed full
of awesome tips, techniques and demonstrations.

Currently available are Terry Lane and Carlo Arellano.

in Adelaide - Saturday 28th to Sunday 29th July.

Available will be downloads on DVD for purchase,

Carlo Arellano

Carlo Arellano
Creature Design Series, Vol 1 & 2



A leading international concept designer, Carlo Arellano has worked on
numerous Hollywood Blockbuster's including Spiderman, Planet of the Apes
and Van Helsing; as well as being part of the creative teams who have
worked on ground breaking games such as Resistance: Fall of Man,
World or Warcraft and Chains of Olympus.

Now working as lead designer at Insomniac Games in LA, these 'featured'
downloads are jam-packed full of exciting and creative content including
drawing, Photoshop rendering techniques and design theory. Carlo also
demonstrate's his process of taking a blank canvas and creating a fully
rendered concept. Not to be missed!

Terry Lane

Terry Lane
Visual Development for Games, Vol 1 & 2



Terry Lane is currently an Art Director based in Melbourne, Australia.
He has worked for companies such as Stainless Games and
Blue Tongue Entertainment [THQ] where Terry worked
on hit games DeBlob and DeBlob: The Underground.

In these downloads, Terry will show his process from creating
thumbnails and initial ideas right through to final linework and
blocking in turn arounds. Topics coverd include Drawing, Painting,
Photoshop Brush set-up, Colour Thumbnails and Design Theory.
In these lecture you will have the unique opportuninty to watch
Terry discuss many principles that concept artistís need to learn
and master to take their work to the next level.
