Smile Odd behavior with Maya's HIK rig

Hi~I'm new to Maya's HIK rig,and I'm planning to keyframe my animation with HIK for its seamless IK/FK sync.But the problem in the video troubled me a lot...

I did a simple z translation to the IK control of the hand,and what I'm expecting is some sort of linear trajectory motion like straight punch,but unlike the IK of a custom rig,HIK produced a series of wonky rotations in the elbow and wrist(look at the elbow control).I've tried to pin or lock the unnecessary rotation values in those controls,but none of those is working.

However,with the same z translation,Motionbuilder's HIK works just fine...

I don't know what problem is occurring in Maya's HIK system,and I can't find a solution either...It just made my animating process very annoying...May any pro explain the reason and get me a proper solution?THX~
