suspension geometry flips

i have made vimeo tutorial of 19 mins.
i think there was no flip.

then i made four small part tutorials one in that geometry flips .what is the solution for non flipping though i will check to exclude some translate and rotate.that is of top right part which is not included.

i will make one large suspension one.

how do people make cars of high quality like there was $150 offer that is similar to cars movie rigging and others.
I have read DTs(wagon) and mustang and transformers car and tyre of python script available at lesterbanks to deform it as you like.

thanks.
