Constraint gone when referencing a rig?

Constraint gone when referencing a rig?


I have a rig that I edited (it was made with setup machine and face machine) but now when I reference that to animate it the aim constraint in the eyes is lost and eye don't follow the controllers anymore. What I did was to just aim the eye to a curve and it works in the rig file but it doesn't work in the reference.

Does anybody have a clue of how this could be solved?

I am using Maya 2013 by the way.
