Well...I didn't get very much work done on this in the last couple of days, but here's an update anyhow:

Thanks for the feedback slacker and Kirt

Ok...well, I've found some time to work on this. I ended up reworking the sketch...again While I liked the general composition on the one before this, I didn't think the main character was large enough in the frame to get the level of detail I wanted on her face/body. Hopefully, this new one works. Let me know what you guys think

Rather absurd character... I wonder how her failure will be.

This one is going soooo sloooooow.....:insane:

And a close up:

Well, I've done some work on the colors, fixed some anatomy problems, and started on the ostrich. I hope I have time to finish this one this month....not a whole lot of free time coming up.

I've got some time to work on this today, so I'll be posting some updates periodically....
Here's a bit of an update from my previous post:

And some details:

C&C welcome

lmao, the bow on the ostrich's head is a really nice touch.
Lets hope we can all finish something.
The 2d challenge side is kinda stale.

Hey, I know what you mean....I've been really busy this month. I'm going to try to make myself finish...that should be a challenge within itself

One more update tonight:

I really don't know what I like the most here. It's either the socks the lady is wearing, or the overall look of the lady and how well it matches. Your style is really starting to match one of my all time favoite artists, a guy by the name of Heinrich Kley.

Can't wait to see this one finished.

Another update:

I don't know if the image is going to end up being as elaborate as I planned...I'm just trying to get it to a finished looking state at this point
