That is shocking. I saw a post on Facebook about it... I have to wonder what happened, he's been active recently.

Big loss, RIP.

Sorry to hear this. He has a fantastic Demoreel and really seems to have pushed C4D into Hollywood territory:

Jobs that involve sitting a lot can be dangerous if you don't exercise enough, don't eat healthy foods or are overweight.

So yes, it is good advice to take care of yourselves.

It's incredibly sad to hear, he was a huge part of the community here and of the Cinema 4D motion graphics community worldwide.

Yep. Even if if you have to take laps around the parking lot or local grassy area on your lunch break, everyone past age 30 who sits in front of a computer all day (no matter your weight and especially if your diet is suspect - which is most of us in a rush) needs to get some walking in every day. Or walk some stairs on days when it's raining or too damn cold. But walk / move / get the circulation going a bit.

Even that small amount of exercise every day (call it a half mile or more) can help stave off heart problems.

Sad to hear these stories because most are avoidable. Best to his family and loved ones.
