Question Xfrog animations export

I need to export an Xfrog animation in order to import it into the 3ds max.I'd like to know for sure what the format is that Xfrog animations are exported in when converted to the .FBX format? Is it no animations.please tell me.thanks!

AFAIK the only thing that will work without plugins is alembic export, but I don't know if MAX supports that.
