Viewport navigation (rotation, pan) stuck to a fixed point

Hello all,

I am fairly new in cinema 4d. As i was doing some work in cinema 4d, i think i accidentally pressed Alt + Mouse Button + Ctrl, then released mouse button holding down Alt. What it did was force the camera rotation and panning centered to that point. It also added a emerald green plus sign in the viewport. This could be really handy in times, but i cant disable this feature.
Does anyone know how to turn this thing off, i tried Cameras>Navigation>Cursor Mode. Nothing changed.

Thanks in advance

Try the key INS on PC, or HOME on Mac.

The green cross is the manual camera pivot. The corresponding command is "Set Camera Pivot".
You'll want to read the help on the navigation modes.

(I don't have a clue how you triggered it with Mouse and Alt keys though.)

Thanks a LOT... it fixed it. And now i myself was unable to get it turned on through that process. No idea how i turned it on at the first place. But when its turned on, u can change the pivot that way.

Thanks again.
