visible dynamics spring?

Hi!
I have a scene with spring, how to get spring to be visible in the render view.?
Thought to make a car with springs that are movable and visible when running in The terrain.
I refer to the content browser / studio / dynamics / Joint & Springs.c4d as an example.
Thanks for the help!

Probably not what you're hoping for but:

looks like a pretty good workaround.

cheers
