wet effect

Hi, got a question about how to make this: I have an scene where a product drop in the water making a big splash. Around the water have some dry stones. My question is, how I can make that the RealFlow mesh activate something like the reflection in the material after they hit the surface of the stones. Something like the proximal shader but after the peek of proximity the shader stays whit his maximum value.

if it has not to be free/out of the box, Happy Little Paint Shader would be the
best solution i guess.
