Random speed on clones, possible?

Hi, need some help with an inheritance effector scene. Would like to know how to pass the clones from matrix1 one to matrix2 but at different speeds. When I move the linear falloff, all the clones goes at the same speed and this looks unnatural. Is there some kind of "random speed" workaround on MoGraph?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, you need to assign a random effector with all parameters off (no PSR, if you prefer), and set its Weight Transform parameter to 100%.
Then go into your inheritence effector and play with the min/max value until satisfied.

Does this technique actually change the speed of the clones as they move toward their destination, or does it just stagger their departure?

Just delay the departure according to the random weight I guess.

It would be nice a Speed Effector.

It basically assigns different weight values to each clone (since we are using the Random effector - could be another effector type). So basically, each clone will be impacted by the Inheritance effector with a different strength, thus creating some variation.

The clones will actually never reach their target unless you keframe off the strength of the weight effector.
