Custom Palette - Commands with Options

Hi,

I have a question here that I couldn't find an answer in Cinema 4D's help.

I know how to customize and create a new palette. But I don't know how to make a new button of commands that have an options box (like the Mesh>Optimize command) that keep such options box.

When I put such commands in a new or custom palette, I get a normal square button without the option box. ONCE, I got a bigger button with the little option box on the right side, but I don't know how I did and I could never replicate that.

Could someone help me with this?

I get the Options icon when I drop a command that has options into a palette here.
Make sure the "Show>text below icons" option is not activated, though, as it seems to remove the options icon.

My "text bellow icons" is not activated, but thanks for the tip.

I just figured out the problem - it seems I need to have a editable poly selected when I drag and drop the optimize command to get the options box. Otherwise I only get the icon.

It doesn't make any sense, but it seems to be the only way to work here (and I tried it in more than one computer).

Ah, you're right. I'll report that as a bug, doesn't make sense.

It's been this way since 13.031.
It's reported (then) so please report again.

Cheers
Lennart
