Voxygen

Hi all,
I am pleased to announce the release of a new plugin called Voxygen , which provides a very effective way to voxelize geometry.

Great new plugin again. As always you seem to be able to develop new creative unexpected tools to enhance C4D.
Excellent new site by the way, very convincing setup.

cool.
like the link to mograph...does than mean its possible to make all the voxel cubes into individual cubes so you then freeze and turn them in hard bodies...or fracture/explode later on with something else...

Hmmm not very clear about what i'm asking for am i...let me try again.
1) is it possible to use voxygen to create my objects volume point cloud?
2) is it possible to use the point cloud as particles later on?
2) is it possible..looks to be...to have lots of individual cubes out from voxygen?
its looks like it to be honest...like the colour transfer v cool.
lastly remo did some voxel stuff awhile ago and always wondered if it was possible to take out a voxel type shader where we made clouds for example and convert that into an object eg skin the volume...does this sound feasible or is this just pie in the sky la la land from fling?

As much as I liked Robert Leger's Voxel preset, it was unusable for anything complex.

Forgive me for brainstorming here...
...but one thing struck me when looking at your demo of the mocap history states.

Would it be possible to add some kind of color-gradient function in connection with the history states? For example as the mobcap character starts out, the voxels are colored pink, gradually and smoothly turning to say green (or however you set up your gradient) thereby exposing a beautiful "evolution" of movement within an otherwise grey mass of voxelized history states.

What do you think?

Nice Plugin Paul .

I was wondering if it will be possible to get a cell size controled by a B&W shader map (to have different sizes ( for example on the face I'd need more details etc )

and is it be possible to melt all those cubes ( or mesh ) into a metaball object ?

(I noticed that you have put a deformer slot .. but what happens if I've several deformers ? can we get an UserData List instead of a single slot ?

Saw this and thought of this plugin. How easy would it be to create spherical voxels and or rectangular voxels or have I got the wrong end of the stick
