Cinema 4D Physics simulation (one object fall's through plane)

Please watch this video when its uploaded,
Basically, im doing a physics simulation and for no reason one of the objects decides to fall through the floor. I've got the correct tags on as I know.

Thanks for the help.

Under Project -> Settings -> Dynamics -> Expert, set the "Steps Per Frame" to a higher value. Try 15 or 20.

What are you using for your floor object? I've found that objects will sometimes pass through flat planes so I usually use a box that's just scaled thin (not right flat mind you, just thinner than a perfect cube) in the Y direction for my ground object.

1) use a floor for your floor, not a plane
2) if theyre chocolate buttons, lower the rotational mass to about 10%
