Displace deformer on splines
likelike this topic on C4Dcafe (wich didn't found solution), I want to displace points of a spline with an image.
When I put a displace deformer with noise shader under a spline, it works, when I change the shader with an image, doesn"t work anymore.
I tryed a similar thing with shader effector and got same results.
When I try with a plane, it works normaly....
any idea ?

Cheat! Deform a hidden mesh and tie the points of the spline to it. You'll probably need to tweak priority settings (make sure 'use deformed points' is enabled if using XPresso point node) but it should work I imagine.
