a mograph equivalent in 2dtextureworld

Hello, i'm a c4d user and blender user too.

I saw on youtube, some guys making very great 2d simulators, real or fake but interresting softbody/hardbody/fluid/liquid effects and some great interactions betwin a lot of particles, all in realtime.

I wonder if there is a mograph/tp like plug but in 2d texture world but can interact with 21dtexture/or 3d effectors or objets inside c4d.
a 2dsimulator that can manipulate huge number of clones/particles objets with softbody/hardbody/fluid/liquid effects.

I have some exemples to explaine my needs. Like making the specific skin grains of fruits without drawing them by hand to make a tilable dots texture, like tahiti grapefruit or orange skin or strawberry grains, making objets composed with lots of particles with differents shapes but, with some little space betwin them (not like using noise in material editor). Huge sim of body cells growing and interacting with eachother with fake softbody deformations and maybe effectors gradiants that can changes the particles shapes when there are in the gradiant area of the 2d/3deffector. Because when i use mograph softbody in c4d he don't like huge number of clones or particles, so i think to myself maybe 2dfakesim solution could do the job without torturing c4d.
