Great Plugin. This can be very fun and useful. I am just playing with it and it is great.
Could be faster and the best would be if you could use deformed meshes as a shape.

Just curious...Is this the 3D gradient plugin that was mentioned earlier?

http://code.vonc.fr/?a=29

(could someone please do a "strings-us" version of the shader for those who don't remeber their french lessons?)

Very nice enhancement with the 3D shader loaded.

Thanks again!

But the results are only renderable in my "editor view window".
If I try render the results to "picture view window", I get only black pictures
- no "Proc3Durale" result rendered.

Mac OS X 10.8.2

Best regards

Most likely you'll have to increase the Sampling Maximum number.

as sampling / m value makes a huge difference in results, keep render and editor values same. This way you will see if it is going to vanish....

Yes, both values on same count and everything running fine.

Thanks !

@Cesar/Antoine
Pourrais-tu m'indiquer avec quels réglages tu as les normales inversées ? Ou m'envoyer le fichier c4d, que je voie ça, car à priori les normales sont dans le bon sens.

Could you tell me what settings you with normals reversed? Or send me the file c4d, I see it as a priori normals in the right direction.

Sorry--I couldn't reproduce it. So it must have been a mistake.
Thanks again for the plugin!

Just messing around with deformers (objects made editable)
This plugin is very distracting!

Are 3D gradients not working?
I'm trying to use a 3D Spherical gradient to restrict the effect to a spherical shape instead of the cube shape. I am getting some effect, but not at all the expected one...

edit:
Nor is Proximal working.

TIA

Some news from Cesar in frenchcinema4d :

The result looks not too bad, the code works pretty well:

Obviously, this script still slow, so the big job will still optimize everything. I hope to release the next version in a few days.

Meanwhile, I got a little surprise for some Francesco May makes very nice things in style and Alien me out with some pictures Proc3Durale and stroke:

See his site, also worth a look!

by the way, a gallery is available on the module page (http://code.vonc.fr/?a=30), if you have some picture to share, do not hesitate to send them to me via my website. ^ ^
