Third Party Plugins & R14

The good news, I'm seeing a tonne of people upgrading to R14 and requesting their R14 serials.

The bad news, Storm Tracer & DeGamma aren't yet compatible with R14!

It's going to take at least a month before these two key Cinema 4D plugins are ready, so I think it's best to just let you guys know via the forums in case you slipped through the cracks of my responses to all the emails asking for R14 serials.

While I can't guarantee anything at the moment your patience should be rewarded with some quite nice additions specific to the R14 versions of DeGamma and Storm Tracer. For instance right now I'm working on the DeGamma Fishy Distorter lens plugin to add full support for Cinema 4D's Physical Renderer depth of field which should complete it's integration with PhyRen and I'm hoping to get some solid performance gains in Storm Tracer when dealing with many storm particles thanks to R14's new data structures.

Thank-you all for your patience and enthusiasm, and you can be sure that notices will go up in the usual forums once the R14 updates are ready!

I already lost a bit of hope when my e-mail request remained unanswered. So thank you very much for your post here and good luck with your work. Looking forward to the new enhanced versions, cool!

Great to hear. Storm Tracer is still one of my most used and favourite plugins in C4D. Can wait to get the update for R14

Cheers
Justin

Good to hear. I have been trying to get Degamma and Storm Tracer serials for my R13 license, but the emails have bounced. Which address should I be sending to?

Hi Zendorf, instructions on where to send your request are available on the Third Party website forum. Though please be aware that I am not sending out any serials for R14 until the R14 versions of DeGamma and Storm Tracer are available.
