How would I re-create somethink like this in C4D?

Hey guys
I'm positive there's some sort of MoGraph-esque feature in C4D that will allow me to create an effect, similar to the one seen in this video...

Question is, how do I do it?
Thanks!

Ah!! That's the ticket! Yeah, I think because the original video was ALSO rotating.... It made me think it was something MORE than just a Twist deformer!
Thankyou very much!
One question though..... In that scene file.... I see you've made TWO Twist deformers (which seem to be direct copies of one another, except the bottom one has some XPRESSO on it). For what reason did you do this?
I see that if I 'disable' the bottom deformer (with the XPRESSO), then parts of the circle spline do not deform... But if I set the TOP deformers 'mode' to 'unlimited', it seems to function just as it should.
Or am I totally missing something here?

No, I just over engineered it by accident :-)
