Emissive material inside a glass material

Hello all,
Was wondering if anyone knew how these materials were created.
I can't figure out how the glass tube material was made. I tried a specular material but cannot recreate the one in the link and image. it also takes a really long time to render when I lower the Rey epsilon, and I thought I needed that to recreate the glass tube material.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

I posted the same question on the Octane Forum and someone suggested I try this tut.

It works for the emissive material but it dose not create the glass material.

Any Ideas would be very appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Can the emission look be made with particles using light instances instead of a emission material? Looks like thatís whatís happening in the Instagram video.†

I suppose so?†
So the light instances are created in Xparticles?†
I wasn't aware XP could do that.

I believe X-particles 3 and 4 has a light generator or modifier or sprite to make particles behave like lights.

Another option is to clone whatever lights you want onto the splines and animate the cloners offset, just make sure render instances are not enabled.

Thanks for the link and your advice, I tried out the light modifier with the sprite.
The only thing that stumps me is how to get Octane to recognize it now...

Thanks again!
