Question What is the best way to go about Texturing this

The seams do not match up and I have absolutely no idea how to get them to. The texture is tileable as well and incase people don't know, the left is the back of the skirt, right is the front. Thanks in advance for your help, I'm having a lot of trouble with this.

This is not exactly what you asked for but I think this video is showing in quiet good point how to tweak this issue.

make the seam there where it would be on a real world skirt...
and using a 3dpainter would help to clean up the seams...
take a look at 3dcoat and mudbox...

Which tool do you use for texturing? And please tell us, where the seams should be.
