Mari - problem painting
hey everyone. I'm having a problem with Mari. though it runs alright, painting is giving me odd results.
when I paint, the brush reacts well to the surface\UV (image 1), but when I apply the buffer, I'm getting weird results, as if the UVs are wrong or as if the paint scattered (image 2). I know my specs probably don't stand up to the minimum requirements. also, when I launch Mari, I receive a warning message saying my graphics card has not been tested with mari and may cause the program to not work properly. but I wanted to check first maybe there's a solution and maybe it's not a hardware issue. my specs: * AMD Phenom II X4 925 processor 2.80GHz * 50GB (of 1TB) disk space available for caching *4GB RAM *ATI Radeon HD 4800 mari minimum requires: • Quad-core processor • 250GB disk space available for caching and temporary files (or a minimum of 50GB if you're working on a small project) • At least 4GB RAM • An NVIDIA or AMD graphics card with at least 1GB of RAM and OpenGL image 1 ![]() image 2 ![]() |
