How to Correct textures from projected photos.

I don't know if this is the correct section as I need Photoshop help, but here goes.

I'm going to texture a face by projecting photos from the front, 45 degrees and side (via Zbrush).
What I want to know is HOW to edit the textures so they look stitched (as there will be shadows, highlights, and tonal differences between the different projections). I'm going to do this in Photoshop (where I'll have each projection in a different layer).
I've seen various tutorials but when it comes to the part of tweaking the textures all of them simply say something like "I then matched the shadows and highlights in Photoshop) without showing how they did it.
Has anyone seen (and have a link) to a video tutorial that ACTUALLY SHOWS how it's done in Photoshop?

Thanks in advance.

There's plenty of tutorials explaining how to make a single texture tileable using offset filter and clone/stamp.
Those techniques should apply here too.

Thanks for the reply.

The thing is that since I want to use the texture as a normal map I need all the sharp details from the pores so I can't use the stamp tool, so the methods in the tutorials you mentioned probably won't work.

What they are doing is removing the shadows and specular so the photos look like they have ambient lighting. Use selective color to select the bright spec and color correct with curves and hue/sat so they match the neighboring skin color. Then do the same for the shadows. You can also composite all of your photos into one image and remove the seams before you project.

Also, if you just need good clean tileable textures, you can use Tesselation by Flaming Pear in Photoshop to do the trick. I use it almost daily.
