getting weird artifact when using mental ray subdiv approximation

Hey everyone,
if anybody can help me on this one, s/he saved me a lot of time to NOT doing roto...please help me...
here is a problem :
I'm zoomed in but its obvious on model with texture, so this is what I get when I use mental ray subdiv approximation, spatial method min dis 1 max dis 3 and length 0.1,when I change the length to 0.01 to subdiv more I get this result:
I get the same result with other methods the thing is without subdiv approximation there is not problem....
I test everything that I thought it might work but nothing fix the problem there is no problem like zero face or bad modeling, flipped normal... I double checked it but again I get this weird artifact on top of the model....
does anybody had the same problem? what is this thing?how can I fix this??!!
