Problem with normal map! Please help!

I'm new to 3d modelling and texturing. Here's a problem that troubles me recently:
I rendered a character without normal map, it ends up pretty well. The transition of color and specular around UV borders went smoothly.
Then I did it again with normal map, under exactly the same set up, huge seams came out!!
I've try it in several softwares, maya, udk, marmoset, same problem always happened.
I don't know how to fix the seams of normal map! So, I hope that you guys could help out! Thx a lot!
