wondering how to make a glass/fisheye lense for my sniper rifle

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I could create a fisheye/glass lense with reflections on it. The weapon I've made consists of 3000 polys and 1 texture map. I was trying to make it as an asset that would go into a video game engine.

Right now I just have a standard diffuse color on the lense and it's really kind of killing it, because the rest is detailed. Any ideas?

forgot to say that I know about the mental ray preset material that would probably prove useful here, but I'm trying to have everything contained in one material for the gun. Already using a Blinn with color map, normal map, and spec map plugged into to it

Ok so I tried out a few things and hit a road block. So what i did that I rebuilt the lense so that it had more of a curve look to it.

But also, I tried using this method where I would make a reflective map just so it only worked for the lense, and then put an environment ball node into the reflected color channel.

From there I just plugged in an HDR image and I got good reflections within viewport 2.0, which is what I want because I'm trying to make a game asset. Only problem is, that once I plug in the image, my normal map disappears. Anyone have any suggestions?
