Mirror UVs - without loosing vertex order

Hi,

I've modeled a space suit for a character in ZBrush and I want to UV one side and transfer that UV info to the other side without changing the vertex order (no edge cutting or deleting).

Is that possible?

I had posted this in the 'Maya" section but I reposted here because any software will do.

Thanks!
