Please Help WIth Material Trouble

I'm sucking wind, hard. Can someone help me with a shot I'm working on that is about to be late for deadline?

I have a model of a commercial airliner that was made using Max Standard materials and I'd like to use it with VRay instead. I got a script that batch converted all the shaders to VRay shaders. They didn't look very realistic so I checked, and it looks like it converted the shaders to VRay shaders but I think most of the settings to not carry over well, if at all. I tried modifying the materials to look better but I'm having tough time getting the look right.

I'm really more like a motion graphics guy but I do use max and have been using it for years. However, because it is very often that I get to use it, I'm no mega expert. I can use the software on at least an intermediate level...waay far from noob but def not a machine like some of the folks in here.

Help would be sooo appreciated, in a legitimately sincere way, not just the word sincere, but the real sentiment. LMAO. Also, I'm new here so I'd like to thank the bunch for welcoming me into your space.
