I think it's a real nice character - the design is good, it's stayed close to the stereotype of a devil so you cant go too far wrong in that respect.

The UV's could be improved on though - You've got a lot of wasted space there which you could use to tidy up the ear holes - as well as break the symmetry of the face by allowing you to texture landmarks on each side of the face to portray more individual character.

I'd push the texture a bit further, I imagine you've painted this in Mudbox/zbrush and haven't branched out into using alpha masks etc to paint any kind of pattern on. Theres various routes you could go, i.e. fur in places, scales, boils, scars. You've all of hell to play with.

I think if you put him in a dynamic pose and maybe build a small stylized turntable for it you'll get the kind of response your looking for.

It seems well made. Having looked through most of your posts the two first rhings that come to my mind is that I think in the angry facial pose the lower eyelids should be affected too, I get the feeling that nog all of the face participates. The animation lacks in preparation, follow through and most obviously in lack of idle animations on the rest of the body not involved in the primary movement.

As for your image to the gallery I'd just say it seems hard to get in. As for what you can improve I'd say it's not a very strong pose. Perhaps first consider what you wish to convey and what feeling. The lighting on the character is uninteresting and the pose quite neutral. Perhaps more of a bad-ass rockstar pose with some classic lighting from below? (I'm still unsure if it's supposed to look cute or cartoony evil.
