First time using Zbrush critique

Hey guys this is my first time using Zbrush and I'm looking for a critique on my work. I am an environment artist, but right now I'm taking a Zbrush class so I can put another software under my list of things I know.
Anyway, this is a work in progress, but I'm looking for some good detailed critiques so I can truly make this something I'm proud of!

Wow Thats pretty good for first time in zbrush.
What i notice right off the bat is that she looks really stiff. Her pose and her expression. Try to do this pose yourself infront of a mirror and see what you look like. Ask yourself, Where is the gravity and weight shifted. What would your expression look like. What would your hands look like. Your hands look like barbie doll or mannequin hands. Thats what i would do first then we can dive into minor issues.
