well as I said before I didn't use dynamesh. I have started with zpheres and then from subdive1 to upper subdivisions

I thought that head is ok compairig to the body but I will have a look for hands do you mean wider bigger hands

Your model's forearms and feet are still way to thin and small proportionally.

You need a realistic male model as REF. can't start from scrach if you don't know you anatomy. Sculpting is the way to learning anatomy with REF. Basicly 0 ref is 0 good modeling

as you all said, I started from scratch here are my refs and started with zpheres and then I will start moving along the refs, here are the screenshots

You're already way to high in your subdivs. You need to focus on getting the base mesh looking right before working on finer details. But it is a better start than what you had before.

Still don't need to show High subdivision.. if you block at subdivion 1, show just that, not a step higher. People will assume you start an other step.

What is your reference? share with us. I can know for know that you have not using reference just because of your muscles.. Trapeze don;t connect in the neck, but in the back.
