Hmm not much we can say about the model so far except that you should consider making sure everything has nice bevels instead of sharp edges. Also post a reference image of what the goal is.

You are repeating mistakes you made in your last project. You need to eliminate such basic errors if you are ever to create geometry that isn't compromised from the beginning. I have highlighted several problem areas. You have visible triangulation on surfaces that I assume are meant to be planar (occupying the same plane, i.e. flat). What's more, your rounded edges need to have smoothing applied so they don't appear faceted. Furthermore, the spacing of the rails in your grille are uneven. I don't know which software you are using but it should be possible to eliminate these problems and I would recommend you do that before you go further as it will enhance the quality of the finished work.

Hi,

Looking good, big Optimus fan here!
In C4D; Knife tool is your friend, I use ut all the time with inorganic modelling.
Can't wait to see it finished!
