Thumbs up MEAN MENTOR - first character model

Hi guys, love to hear your critiques on my old work, which I done long back for an Autodesk Mudbox Challenge India contest titled "Armed and Dangerous" 2012

I'd like to know what you think and what are the improvements should be made...

Software: 3dsMax, Mudbox, mentalray

I like the concept, but I think the modelling, texturing, shaders and lighting could all be improved a lot. Starting with the model - the character is a little lumpy in places, and the face is lacking human musculature. I realise the woman is meant to look ogre-like, but I think that improving the underlying musculature to flow more realistically would be a good idea. Textures are a tad generic and noticeably repeating in places, while the entire scene looks like everything issuing the same shader. Lastly, lighting is a creative tool all on its own, and a more thoughtful lighting rig would improve the impact of the image by highlighting the character better.

Thanks so much, that will help me a lot for my future works.
