Thumbs up [Beginner] Buster Sword

Hello, this is my first time posting in this forum, a week ago, i didn't even know what 3DS Max was, thanks to some courses and tutorials, i have a basic knowledge in modeling.

My project is a 598poly sword, inspired from the Buster Sword, it might not impress you, but hey! i'm a beginner.

I'm facing a problem with the middle object (that box) it's kinda transparent and i don't know why, i also included the Max project in case someone wanted to take a closer look.

Download Project File

As i said, i'm still a beginner, i'm looking for some texturing tutorials to continue my project, until then, i'll keep improving the model.

Thank you, i'm looking forward for your advice, comments, criticism or any information you could provide.

I'll appreciate your feekback.

Flipped normals is your problem.

Select the object (press 5, then select), then press "4" for to switch to poly selection and find "flip" in the right hand side menu.

This should fix your "transparent" problem

Update - 001

Update - 001:
Simplified some parts(to make my unwrapping easier) and added few details to the blade, and fixed the flip problem(thanks bro)

Still have a problem with the blade, it should be flat till that border where it becomes razor sharp, i'm working on it, i'll appreciate any help you can offer, i'm going to follow a ZBrush essentials course and hope i can do nice things to the sword with it.
Thank you for your feedback (in advance), i'll leave you with the render
