Hello everyone,

this is my first post here. Right now i am trying to set some good lightning. Later i'll put some furniture and decorations, I really hope that end result will be nice. Everything was made with 3ds Max and rendered with vray. My goal is to be realistic.

Hey man,

Welcome to the forums!

Your render overall looks pretty good, but you've got a few quality issues.

-The walls looks blotchy. Try turning up the number of photons or the smoothing on your FG.

-That black bar (I think its a curtain track) is causing problems with your indirect illumination. Did you try to apply a reflective shader to that?

-The tops of your walls above your window looks a little dark. Try turning up the ray depth of your simulation so plenty of light reaches those areas.

-Your floor texture also looks a little tiled. It might help to add a few edges in your floor, and use a custom UV map to slightly offset things.

Thanks man for your advices.

The curtian track i must check but i am pretty sure that i put some reflective material like matte plastic. This is only test render so that's why i have so mutch noise.

I didnt undesrtood what u ment by "turning up depth of ray"
