Lounge Room - Critiques?

I'm working on an upcoming Architectural series and this is my first interior scene:

Created with Blender and rendered with Cycles.

Please give your honest feedback! I'd really like to improve as an artist.

NOTE: The canvas on the left hand side is a placeholder until I can get the permissions to create my own. It's by Tyleen.

Blender? wow i must say blender can give powerful results the same as 3d max or maya.

its good, but i only fell the middle part where sofa and windows are, are too white, bright and even.

I feel the same about it, the overexposed part ruins the (by the way excellent rendered) piece. You should try to fix this!
