Great improvement I think!

Can you give us Occlusion render and wireframes. Your lights are too bright and the shader don't help to critic. You should share Occlusion on grey when you are not ready to texture (Just a personal advice)

There a weird fold in the back.. Maybe smooth that.

Because the arms are in the air, your pectoral muscle must be extend.

I believe the crease represents the lower trapezius muscle as it meets the latissimus dorsi, although it does look odd. In general I feel he needs a thicker torso.

Hey!

I like the skin shader. The only thing that bothers a bit is that the tricep area is too well defined. Maybe smooth it out a bit.

Cheers!

Mm don't like your triangle polygon in your mesh.. But it's a good model visually, just the quad are more likable in portofolio.

I suggest you focus on his proportion first, before other things.

The face is pretty spot on, but the body shape & proportion need some work.

Once you nail the proportion down, you can then get into the details, but not before that.

I have mention it multiple times to many people. Get the form & topology right first, then go for getting the shape right, only then the details.

Changed the proportions a bit, I think he is now well proportioned, but you have final say.

Here he is:
