polycount is way too high for a game model..
beside the already mentioned proportions issues
you should reduce the polycounts a lot

If your using this for a game, you wont need to use turbo or mesh smooth.
Your model looks ok from the side, but your missing a lot of the curves from the front. The stock should be shaped like an ellipse, and obviously the barrel should be round. Try downloading a free AK model from Turbosquid, and line your model up to that.
