There are some serious proportion issues with his head. His eyes are WAY too far up on his head, and should be brought down to the middle.
![]() I would also spend more time on the eye area in general. ![]() There are numerous little details and folds that will really sell it. I think you need to go back to the original head model, and get it correct before moving onto the 'cyborg' elements. Sorry for being so skant with the crit. I'm sure others can be more thorough! __________________

Thank you Pyke for the tips, so far I have tried to fix the head proportions:
![]() I'll get to work on the other issues and hopefully and update will be available soon. |

As Pyke mentioned, I think a good idea would be to work on the organic part first before integrating cyborg elements. Could you show us what he looks like without hair (which personally I think looks a bit naff) and the chin guard so we can see the head by itself? Also, I don't know whether it's the camera angle but it looks like he has a rather big nose.
Would be nice if you could also show us a side and front view, also it wouldn't hurt to turn the lighting up a bit so it's easier to see. |

Here's a side and front view without hair and the jaw: ![]() The hole is covered up by the jaw and is there to save polygons, plus I have no plans on animating this. |

Another update:
![]() The bridge on the nose has been fixed since this render was made. |
