I think the full body suit you've given her really looks way better than what you had going before - looks like something out of The Witcher.

The materials on the last model were nice though so I think it might be a good idea to use those as a starting point.

Thanks Cg-Creator! Someone showed me I just had to change some settings to upload the full res.

Thanks astu11, I'll be trying the Ddo photoshop plugin this time. I might mix with what I had before depending on the result.

Cool, I look forward to what you come up with using dDo! Looks like a cool little plug-in that I haven't really seen in action so post your results!

I'm looking forward to it too! I'm almost done with the low res. I'll be in Ddo later today.

I'm done with the low res and I generated the normal and AO. With the hair/eyes/teeth I'm just above 13 000 tris. With the previous sword and shield I should be at 14 000 tris.

Great work!
The only thing I see that isnt harmonious is the bunching at the crotch and the fold/flap on the back. The corse is a bit off beat but I havent read the whole thread so maybe you have a reason for that.

Thanks Kanga! I did the pants with cloth simulations and I liked the way the "panties" section was a bit separated from the legs of the pants. The "corset" is actually an armor piece. The idea is that since she's right handed, there's more armor on the right side.

There! I used Ddo and I'm sold. I want to use it on every project!

I still have to tweak some textures and add the shield and sword. I might have to redo the sword so it fits the design.

This is rendered in Marmoset toolbag.

Is that the result straight from Ddo?

That's in Marmoset Toolbag.

Yeah it looks like the texturing has pulled the concept together really nicely.

Great stuff.

I'm sorry, I just meant the texture - just wondering how much tweaking you had to do. Looks nice either way!

Thanks Kanga!

Thanks astu11! I misunderstood your question. Once I've created the input maps needed and got into Ddo, it was very fast. I simply selected a preset with "worn leather and dust". I just had to play around with more effects.

The problem with my model is it has leather all over it. Ddo was making all leather the same color. I had to go back in 3dsmax and bake a base diffuse map with more variations. That's what I'm working on at the moment.

Anyways, as soon as I get a job, I'm buying this plugin! 99$ for the non-commercial version ain't too much for the time it saves and the quality it offers.

I've made some changes in the colors but I think it's now to dark. I'll try getting the shirt's leather and the pants to be more pale.
