Mental Ray reflection issues

I am working on an interior scene that was ok until I started adding the interior lights. I am now getting very strange artifacting I think? on all of the materials that have reflections. The scene is scaled correctly, and I am using a mental ray daylight system. The environment settings are programmed for an interior daytime scene, and changing the precision for both the antialiasing and for final gather doesn't seem to help... Any suggestions? Has anyone run into this kind of issue before?
